The Importance of Talent in Directing

Biffwiff plays a character in it who my character ends up hiring. What was really fun about directing is being able to hire people. Every single person in this movie was kind of hand selected because they know this tone and they nailed it. Nobody pushes too far, like I view it as a really funny movie, but nobody's pushing for laughs.
