Is Rowanda a Refugee Haven?
Is rowanda able to provide a haven for asylum seekers who have left behind war zones and broken countries? A new safe review by the u k Government admits some restrictions on freedom of expression. But it says refugees are prohibited from gatherings based on ethnicity, nationality or any other sectarian ground. It also said people could face discrimination over their sexuality or gender identity. Groups like amnesty international point to evidence of torture and excessive force by roandon police. And the uk's own ambassador for human rights criticised randa for failing to investigate allegations of torture and trafficking.
