The Argument That Writers Are Being Unfair
Graham Greene: People make the argument that writers are being unreasonable. That times have changed, but this isn't just Hollywood either. The average career of a screenwriter is seven years, you know, it's really a difficult business. It's like being in the NFL. And we took our eye off the ball because even the execs who drove us all at TV were still making movies and they went to premieres. You know what I'm saying? We're trying to fix it.
