The Life and Times of William Webster

In 1796, Webster published a collection of papers on the subject of Billius Fever's. This became a standard medical text detailing as many epidemics and disease outbreaks as he could find information on. He had a pretty big family and that meant that their living expenses were high. They moved from place to place as they just tried to make ends meet.
