LZ Granderson: I'm the youngest of five and my dad was a lawyer. He says he always knew first he wanted to be a professional football player. After law school, he worked in mergers and acquisitions at Skadden Arps for about four months. LZ felt suffocated by these people that should have been the best at assessing risk. "I needed to reset myself on the market."
