What Is Disruption in the Mining Industry?

I think I see how all of those to me are disruptive technologies or approaches that may meet resistance currently because it's different than how people have been doing things. There's always a little bit of resistance. That's why the system gets off-kilter. If you could wave your magic wand and change one thing about the mining industry, what would you change? So I would change really the mindset of collaboration, flexibility and integration. Right now everybody does their own thing and there is little communication on solving like a bigger scale program and concept.
