I felt that Denmark was fantastic. There was already a start of a wonderful local chef growing there. But I wanted to know more than just what I've experienced. For my resume, it was important to have another Swiss-style experience in it. And so I had to do it before I was 25, for sure. and so I did it at a time. When I was 27, 28. The girlfriend didn't last too long. Then I moved and became the chef at a young Danish chef who was very, his father was already a restaurateur,. but he wanted to break up from his father and really start something of his own with Jan Wortikal.
