With Steve Jobs, there was no paralysis of analysis or analysis by paralysis. Sometimes it took us six to eight weeks to make a decision and sometimes 12 weeks because we had to pull enough data. And even if we were profitable out of product, we knew it was the right thing to do. So why don't they copy obviously good ideas? Well, that is a great question.
