How to Set a Higher Exercise Price

You have to specify the exercise price in the original document. But you can set a price higher than today's value. So, yeah, it might be technically possible, but I can't see this. It would really work. Yeah, very interesting. Can you link to EMI rather than to a exercise price? Can you link it or can you like have the wording as a percentage discount?I'm just thinking if you quote an exercise price and then growth just goes, you know, through the roof, you could be giving up upon exit way more than you anticipated originally.
