Don't Succumb to Desperation Hiring

I'm ashamed to admit I've made this a few times, often you have a hole on a team. And so you become desperate to fill the hole on the team and it's always a mistake. When I was at Apple, there was a saying that Steve Jobs said, it's better to have a hole than an asshole. So hopefully today we can help people see some of these things up front. They're much harder to see up front.
