How to Get the Right Owner in House?
The first thing i tell somebody is, go find the right owner. Figure out what the culture is you want to have. You'll get transparent. Start trusting that you can be transparent. Now, respect people recognize that a 21 year old may have a thought or an opinion that is equally important to your forty five-year-old principal architect. And i do feel that experience gets undervalued a bit. But there's a lot of knowledge very early on in people's career,. especially people that are driven and looking to succeed.
