How Do You Think About Managing Public Space?

CNN's John Defterios asks the mayor how he would like to see public space managed in New York City. Is it more about turning a certain number of those away from parking, many more of them into paid parking? How doyou do? Do you think about that in terms of certain metrics, or is that not, have you not gotten that specific on those numbers? I think it's a bit of both. We'd love to work with this administration ondhe department of transportation on thinking about both what the space looks like on different curved typologies,. And not having a one sized fitz all type of plan, as well as systemically reducing the parking spaces.
