What Does Quality Mean to You?

We need to define quality so we can test it and prove that we've got quality. How do we make sure that youth case is of high quality? Maybe it's best explained with an example that you've come across. Poor quality softwer mean the products don't let us do the things we need to do. It might mean it doesn't aline well with our business processes.
