How to Train for a Tough Event
I find for myself that helps me to be much more motivated and focused when I'm doing exercise. When I've done the pilgrimage trips that I did, Chikoku and the Kamino De Santiago, I also use those as physical training goals. Instead of just running for exercise with no real goal, I was training for a specific event. A marathon maybe or something like that, maybe a shorter race. And then I would train for that race. It's kind of inspired by Jacqueline. Jacqueline was a famous health and fitness teacher in the United States. Really fantastic.
