Culture is one of the clear ones right like everyone talks about culture and a lot of times no one really knows. How can we make this an amazing culture, but maybe not do it in a way where we have like pool tables in every room in massage studios. I think encouraging a culture of learning has been huge. There's a variety of different ways that we've done that right. And what we've invested really heavily into is our onboarding bootcamp.
