i think i understand what you're saying. Keep in mind, something could have broken. We don't know. And like i do with all acclients that i see, i encourage them all the time to take care of their physical well being,. especially sleep, food and exercise. Those three things are absolutely necessary in order to come to your sense of contentment in life. You're not going to be content if one of those three things is out of wa but a, you know, so also get toge physical to make sure that your poor feelings aren't due toa hypothyroidism, a low blood pressure, a divedes, a nutrition deficiencies, things like
