The T Plus D Movement and the AIDS Crisis

The 6th International AIDS Conference was held in San Francisco. Act Up New York decided to attend on a 170 to 103 votes. Peter Staley and other T plus D leaders were showing their solidarity with those oppressed by the US state. One of their main goals at the conference was to integrate themselves with state institutions that were dealing with the AIDS crisis.
