Aica: The last decade is the one where this happened. But what i tried to explain in the book, perhaps i should add that, is that, a, on one hand, there was an impact of mere liberal policies and pressure from other important financial, international institutions. At the same time, this was then exasperated by the internal critique inugoslavia - very problematic critique of the role of the state. A lot of these alternative groups, cultural and intellectual, that existed were critical of the state."
