i would rather be 15 minutes early than one minute late. This may seem obvious, but help out when you're needed. If colleagues need help with covering calls, or if colleages need help with breakes in their rooms,. These are the types of situations where, if you're able to, obviously within certain reason, step up and help out your team mates. Because this attitude will take you arly far.
