The 20 to 20 Rule for Monitoring Patients
If a patient does progress to being high risk when you're monitoring them closely, you've found a disease that's on the move and you need to keep an even closer eye. Another thing that we found as a risk factor is decreasing uninvolved quantitative immunoglobulin. Those are other risk factors for this patient with smoldering myeloma to progress to overt multiple myeloma. And then the last thing I want to say was sorry for this episode being slightly longer, but this material is so important in helping listeners understand the idea that for these patients, we've done a bone marrow biopsy.
