The Importance of Constant Vigilance
The assumption of good intent in other people that you're working on the same mission with is pretty foundational, I think, to almost every other value that we've got. You know, if let's just assume that that value goes away, how can you disagree and commit with someone? How can you have short toes when someone else is contributing in your area, so to speak? It becomes, it kind of devolves so rapidly that it's almost hard to imagine a more important principle for everyone to demonstrate.
