The Role of Omega Three Fats in HRV
The omega three fats that come from fish oils are critical in the resolution of inflammation, you know, inflammation is a necessary process for us. And most of us have way too much omega six and not enough omega three in our diet. So we've combined cannabinoids for endocannabinoid system tone with omega three fats from fish oil. And then we've also added in what's called specialized pro resolving mediators. The thing that drives the up regulation is omega six fat. But omega three's need those same enzymes to create the pro resolving effect of the inflammatory process.
