The Relationship Between Wonder and the Boost of Performance
When we are deeply curious, we connect dots in a way that is very different than when we're surface curious. And then also wonder makes us more tolerant and it makes us more willing to see nuance and variance in people. So I believe that as leaders and as coworkers, if we try to find wonder with one another, that what that will allow us to do is to be more tolerant with one another. That would be so, so powerful.
