But now we're sort of faced with a different question: What happens to this downtown neighborhood? If it's not going to have that role as an office center, what role does it have if it’s not going to be that? The obvious answer is it becomes a place where people live and work for people perhaps recreationally. I think it can happen. It just can't happen quickly.
