What Is Aortic Dissection?
The classic dissection accounts for between 85 95% of all acute aortic cyndromes. The most common finding is degeneration of that medial laier, which comes in the form of elastic fibre fragmentation and thinning out. High blood pressure producing a sheer stress on the aotic wall can also cause dissections.
