Molorea, a Jut Jue Leaf Stew
Molorea is a stew made from the leaves of mallow. It takes three hours to make, and it's so heavy on garlic you feel bloated afterwards. The technique of marinating food with onions or onion juice adds moisture into the meat where it doesn't dry out. You can get really good ser and loads of meaty flavor by using a burgher or some teka but still supermoist.
