The Importance of Conscious Objection Clauses in Medical Practice

In the Netherlands there's been at least one case of assisted suicide for somebody with severe anorexia. I find it rather frightening to think that someone is going assisted in a path of self-destruction. When we're talking about assisted dying, this is very close to suicide, but there is a difference. Most cases of suicide, nobody else is knowingly implicated in my suicide. But here a doctor perhaps takes on some of the anguish of the decision-making.
