The de-weighting of activities is done based on a statistical comparison of an agent to pool of agents. There's a statistical process to un-bias it to try and then the demand of behavior as well. When you have a big long tail and your model needs to cover a very large space, then you're right that it becomes really difficult for you to vet data going into it. And so we spend a huge amount of time on evaluation of the model system as well.
