Miriam made the analogy of Going out to the cold Freezing cold You come back in you put your hands by the fire and it feels like they're burning But what's happening since they're defrosting and our hearts defrosting can be painful. I actually focus on exhaustion a lot as a therapist um And that some people come in With a lot of wounds they need to work on but they're too exhausted to go there That's like it is a hard work.
