What Should Goals Do?

Goals aren't always necessary they are used very frequently and it can be very effective in terms of what we ideally want to get from goals ultimately. There's actually research stemming from cognitive load theory called the goal-free effect which is literally on what happens when there aren't goals but people are still engaging in a task. The equivalence would be something like a warm up preventing injury application of rest, ice, compression for injuries those sorts of things that we go well everyone should do  but it's actually we don't know whether it makes sense.
