When it became joyful, as when i treated myself with love and respect, when the voice in my head learnt better to manage me. And then eventually you'd like just reduced ad i think it's something like we have 50 to 60 thousand thoughts a day,. Most of those are repetative and critical for most humans. Even that tension is enjoyable if you hang out with it. I don't want to be the answer for anybody. So i construct everything that i do through a set of experiments. The idea of an end is part of what creates the frustration. Oh, i have some place to go. One i will be there. That's all part of the bolshet set up
