ECMO - What's Your Take on the Murray Scale?

The Murray scale, you know, that some programs use it a lot. It was something that we never used as much here. Most of the people are going to be getting these referrals because of inability to oxygenate despite conventional ventilation. All right. What do you think about the Murray score? I know that's what we used when I trained at shock trauma. We're more of a gestalt situation right now.
