The Unintended Consequences of the Mission to the Rich

There's a sort of pre-existing Jewish networks and connected to them work networks and things like this for the movement to spread. And we do know that there were Gentiles attracted to some degree or other Judaism people. So very rapidly over the first decade or so you've got people attracted increasingly to this movement who are no longer that interested in details of Jewish law. That's when Paul can come in and start talking about justification by faith, why these people are justified not by the traditional Lord Judaism but by faith. This is when the movement is sort of the beginnings if you like of a non-Jewish movement.
