engagement is focusingcom ly on in a game or task, using great energy enthusiasm passion and effort. Game designers want players who are engaged with their games along these lines. There's a bunch of possible, different ways to go about it, but i'm going to focus on four of the biggest ones: goal setting, feedback, social information and fostering what's called a growth mind set.
