The Differences Between People
The Big Five are openness to experience it, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and neuroticism. Some people rate higher than others on the traits but they can also differ on more specific facets that make up each of the traits. There's a test in the latest version of the big five inventory that asks how much a person agrees or disagrees that they are someone who exemplifies various specific statements such as curious about many different things. Based on a person's ratings of those statements, you can average a score and find out exactly what type of personality a person has.
