Are You Rewarding People Who Are Not Embodying Your Values?

I see so many companies that have some sort of value like being giving or kind or ampathetic to other co workers, but at the end of the day, how were they actually ing people who are embodying that value? There is no clear reward system for that. And i think you should be able to develop an exercise where you go through that, and you actually coudify o these are our values, and this is how they look in practice. When some one either lives by them or doesn't live by them, give that feedback almost immediately, like hop on a call someone afterwards.
