Most of the most important work doesn't fit neatly in any one person's job. It usually straddles job or it's in that intersticial space, like we haven't figured this out yet. When we're sempathizing with each other, when we're really truly trying to get where each other is coming from, and we're validating it, the inter being goes up. But i just thought of a term called interdoing, which could be your next book.
