How to Learn English as a Second Language

Vickie is a good example of some one who has learned english. She's doing a dissertation on pod casting and teaching and learning as a second language. So she wanted to interview me so she could get my comments about the topic. And i think i'm the perfect person for her to talk to because i use pod casts a lot, and i make my own podcast.
