For habit stacking, it was my alarm. For temptation bundling, listen to podcasts while you go for a run. You can also define a reward for doing your new habit so you don't really have to do the things at the same time. So I would encourage anybody out there that's got whatever exercise routine is, figure out how to do exactly what we talked about with habit stacking and temptation bundling.
