Is There a Timeless Cause of the Temporal Universe?
i think is at issue here are two different views of causation. On the mediaeval or scholastic understanding of causation, a causal agent c brings about an effect e by performinga action a. And unless a is permanent, we can add at a time t now that god is both temporal and timeless. In fact, in the inclusion of the argument, the cause and the effect are both substances. God is the cause of the universe. i would imagine may maybe some people, maybe they've lowered ther eyebrows a bit,. but there might be some peopleh eyebrows are a bit too high in their face still.
