What Are the Environmental Side Effects of Drugs?
Most of our drugs are gases, so after theyare being used, they end up in the atmosphere. And ther are actually significant greenhouse gas if you compare them to s two. So we have several alternatives available as anpysiologists. We also use injections of drugs that we use to make you fall sleep. Those drugs are administered to an iv, so intervenous in the blood stream. But there is no medical reason to prefer one over the other in 90% of the patients.
