The Duality of Latinx Representation

I wanted to highlight that it was just my version, one historian's version of the stories that could be told. I ended up making kids TV Westerns the focus because I felt that illuminating the duality of Latinx representation. And certainly the kind of criminal Latino characters we sometimes see, you know, has some connections to the Pancho character even though Pancho was seen as more of a heroic figure. The Cisco kid and the Disney series about El Fago Baca and the animated series that I focused on as well.
