Is the Supreme Court Taking Away the Fundamental Right to Abortion?
Supreme Court has taken away from the public a fundamental right to abortion, with some restrictions. As cavanell points out in his concurrence, the court his sort of taking a neutral position. It is not for the court to decide right. It only decides there's no fundamental right. We know that their results oriented when it comes to abortion,. and it could be viewed as a different sort of issue than commerce clause resolution.
