How China's Used Its Veto Power in the UN Security Council?

CNN's John Defterios asks how China has used its veto power in the UN Security Council. Has Beijing faced reputational or other repercussions from using its veto? Since 1971, it's been a relatively cautious veto player, casting a total of 18 votes since 1971 until about October of this year. But that said, you know, pointing out China's caution, and we have to remember the US is casting close to 90 vetoes in same time period.
