The Chinese Communist Party's Aspiration Is to Build a Coalition of Authoritarian Autocrats
China's policies are not governed by an attempt to build a coalition of, of authoritarian autocrats. It seems to me that if you look at the regional tensions, it's about as likely to antagonize Vietnam, You know, an autocracy as it is Japan. And in fact, Vietnam is one of its fiercest foes. To what extent the seeming building of a coalition among authoritarians is a reaction to things that the West does I think is a good example.
