Is There a Lightning Strike on Russia?

My reading of it at the moment is that the tryn to lightning strike on tokie and trying basy decapitate the government. Whether or not that will work is a different question. But i think it would be a big problem if russia could, in a couple of days, take over an entire country. And thereaction from the europeans and us. To that would have to be extremely strong to hear a discourage putin from doing it again.
