The Differences Between RV and LV Failure
The right ventricle is not the left ventricle. They're not identical twins and having had twins, I can say that mine are not identical. It's a boy and a girl and they're very different. And this is why the LV can handle a pressure overload and the RV is more of a volume overload. Dr. Gomberg: The perfusion pressure of the coronaries is not thought about enough when it comes to shock. That's going to have a big effect on our management,. which we're going to get to over the course of this hour.
