The Excident
As you developed the model, obviously you were setting out to do something which, on several different dimensions was pretty radicall new. Were there any examples, places where you saw parts of what you were trying to do, where you thought, we really want to include that in what we're doing at minerva? "The sad reality is that practically everything we adopted from the excident turned out to be a disaster," he says.
