i let go of the need, the need to use that to define me in whatever way i felt i needed defining. Because i didn't feel myself worth was good enough. And i think where my working ethic is different in this business, it's because there i hired middle management too early. So i ran a really lean business with very young people in it, which meant more work for me, but it allowed the business to get off the ground without eating away at cash an that kind of was key.
