Concrete Trust Very Strong

CNN's John Sutter talks about a new bridge in Miami. The project was supposed to be built out of concrete, but it wasn't designed that way. A different firm had to review the calculations and make sure they were all sane and sensible. "I'm struggling to see how this could go wrong," says Sutter as he explains what went wrong.
